Horrors program!??!?! what was i thinking?

I am aware of the atrocity i did to grammar on my paper. I fixed it. I'm really glad i didn't send it in like that. Here's an acrostic poem i am doing for a scholarship.

D
o not quit all that is necessary for evil to triumph is for good people to do nothing.

Ask the poor, they will tell you who the Christians are.

V
ery rarely are people persuaded by arguments, but more likely by experiences.

I
truly believe that when the poor meet the rich, riches will have no meaning, and when the rich meet the poor, poverty will come to an end –Shane Claiborne

D
o hard things.

H
ave to be the change you want to see in the world.

U
nderstand that we are not to simply bandage the wounds of the victims beneath the wheels of injustice; we are to drive a spoke into the wheel itself.

T
he true atheist is the one who refuses to see God’s image in the face of his neighbor.

T
he ultimate measure of man is not where he stands in moments of comfort, but where he stands at times of challenge and controversy.

O
ccasionally people say, “"His letters are weighty and forceful, but in person he is unimpressive and his speaking amounts to nothing." Those people should realize that our actions when we arrive in person will be as forceful as what we say in our letters from far away. (2 Corinthians 10:10-11)

N
ow, we are only asked to love, to offer hope to the many hopeless. We don’t get to choose all of the endings, but we are asked to play the rescuers. We won’t solve all the mysteries and our hearts will certainly break in such a vulnerable life, but it is the best way. We were made to be lovers bold in broken places pouring ourselves out again and again until we’re called home.

I like how you only gave credit for two of those quotes. Do I have to remind you of the un-cited mess that was your sociology paper?

ps,
Atrocity isn't a verb, which means you can't "do" it.

pss,
Your poem was good though. :]
